1/3 Cup Wilton meringue powder

2 T lemon juice

1 T Vanilla (you can use clear)

2 lbs powdered sugar

In your stand mixer, mix water and meringue powder until combined. I mix at a high speed for about 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and vanilla
