Our Philosophy

Royal Icing

1/2 Cup warm water

1/3 Cup Wilton meringue powder

2 T lemon juice

1 T Vanilla (you can use clear)

2 lbs powdered sugar (sifted)


In your stand mixer, mix water and meringue powder until combined. Then lower speed and add in lemon juice, vanilla and sifted powdered sugar.
