Your order is not confirmed and added to our calendar for production until a design has been accepted by you and Sugar Sensation AND payment in full is complete. After design acceptance, you will receive an invoice from us for payment in full upon receipt. Your order is not added to the calendar until payment is completed and processed. Accepted forms of payments are major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Payments will not be refunded in the case of client cancellation. Upon confirmation of invoice receipt, you will have 24 hours to pay before the time slot may be forfeited.
Sugar Sensation reserves the right to photograph our work and post the pictures to social media, our website, and/or print pages, unless previously discussed with client prior to order placement. We can not be held responsible for damage that happens to your order once picked up which includes shipping. Although it is a rare occurrence, Sugar Sensation reserves the right to cancel orders in case of emergency or illness, and 100% of payment will be refunded to the client in this type of situation. If the client is not satisfied with their order, Sugar Sensation will always strive to remedy the situation as best and reasonably as possible!
